What The K Club will leave with.

Across the shoot block, we will produce three distinct categories of finished content each serving a different part of the guest journey, from first impression to repeat visit.

Deliverable Qty Format Category
Hero Film 1 60-90 seconds Brand
Section Videos 8 10-15 seconds each Stay · Dining · Golf · Spa · Activities · Offers · About · Vouchers
Social Videos (optional) 30 Vertical / Reels / Shorts One per location & activity
Total 39 finished films from a single shoot block
01
Hero Film

One 60-90 second brand hero film drawing on the full breadth of footage captured across the shoot cutdowns of every corner of the estate, combined with specific moments shot expressly for the hero. The single piece that holds everything together and makes the case for The K Club before the guest has read a word.

02
Tab Films

One 10-15 second video for each section of The K Club website Stay, Dining, Golf, Spa, Activities, Offers, About, and Vouchers. Each film is designed to sit inside its own tab, giving every part of the guest experience a moving image before a single enquiry is made.

03
Social Films (optional)

One short-form social video per location across the estate 30 films in total, cut for Reels, Shorts, and vertical formats. Shot within the same days at no additional filming cost and priced at an edit-only rate, these give The K Club a complete library of social content from a single shoot block.

A video for every corner of the estate.

The world’s leading hotel properties now carry short-form video across every section of their website dedicated films per tab, highlighting the many amazing experiences available and giving guests a sense of what to expect during their stay before a single enquiry is made. This is the content we would produce for The K Club: one film per section, shot across the days selected, edited to sit on the site and work quietly in the background of every page a potential guest lands on.

Stay. Dining. Golf. Spa. Activities. Each tab gets its own treatment its own pace, its own character, its own reason to make the right visitor stop scrolling.

Stay A comprehensive look at The K Club’s accommodation. The Curragh Suite, the Riverside Rooms, and the Lodges each filmed with the care required to show not just a room, but what it feels like to wake up inside one.
Dining Six distinct food and beverage experiences, each with its own character. The Barton Grill. Blue Martini. Afternoon Tea. The Henry Lounge. The Palmer. South Dining. Filmed to show the difference between them and what each one means at the right moment of the day.
Activities The estate beyond the walls of the house. Family walks along the Liffey, falconry in the walled garden, archery beside the river. Every activity filmed in a way that makes the right guest understand it was made for them.
Golf Palmer North and Palmer South in the way they deserve to be seen early morning light, the stillness of a fairway before the dew has lifted, the particular quiet of a round with nowhere else to be. Not a drone shot of a green. The feeling of being on it.
Spa An unhurried exploration of the K Spa the thermal suite, the treatment rooms, the indoor pool, the Revive Garden. Content that makes the viewer want to be there before they have finished watching.
Offers The brand hero film the single piece that holds the full breadth and ambition of the estate, and serves as the entry point to The K Club’s seasonal proposition.
About Drone sequences of the estate’s approach, the house in its landscape, the River Liffey from above. The 550 acres as they read from the air, the kind of opening that tells a visitor exactly where they have arrived.
Vouchers A curated compilation drawing from the full body of work. A single piece of content that holds the breadth of the resort and stands alone as a gift proposition.

Talent, casting, and continuity.

Models will feature throughout the shoot. To ensure the video work sits in close continuity with The K Club’s existing photography, we will draw from the talent used in previous shoots rather than introducing new faces. The same stylist will be engaged across both disciplines, so that wardrobe, styling, and overall aesthetic remain consistent from still to moving image.

This continuity matters. When a guest moves between the website’s photography and its video content, they should feel they are inside the same world the same light, the same sensibility, the same standard. Casting and styling from a shared reference point is the most direct way to guarantee that.

K Club management and staff will also feature where appropriate in dining, spa, and guest-facing contexts where their presence adds warmth and authenticity that talent alone cannot replicate.

Five days. Every corner of the estate.

The shoot is structured across five days, each planned around a distinct set of scenes, spaces, and stories. Select the days that align with your priorities — the investment figure below will update accordingly.

As a minimum, this project requires 6 days of pre-production at a rate of €868 per day a baseline commitment of €5,208 regardless of which shoot days are selected. This covers location recce, shot-list development, talent briefing, wardrobe and HMU preparation, and all production logistics ahead of each day on the ground. This will be taken off the final amount if 5 or more days are selected.

In addition, a base allowance of €3,700 is budgeted to cover model expenses across the shoot block including taxis, flights, and any incidental costs associated with bringing talent on location. This figure is held as a contingency across all selected days and will be reconciled against actuals on wrap. Any money not spent will be returned to the client.

These figures are based on engaging the same models, stylist, and senior directors and crew across the full shoot block a belt-and-braces approach that guarantees consistency and quality at every stage. There are of course savings to be made depending on the scope selected, and we are happy to discuss fees in more detail once we have a clearer picture of exactly what the client wants from the shoot.
